Hornchurch Academy Trust Facilities Management Open Framework

Hornchurch Academy Trust is seeking suppliers to join an Open Framework for facilities management services across 10 categories: Catering, Cleaning, Waste, Grounds Maintenance, Security, Leisure Management, Furniture and Fit Out, Laundry and Linen, Hard Facilities Management, and Total Facilities Management. The framework operates as a scheme of successive frameworks over 8 years (initial 2-year term followed by two 3-year terms), with an estimated total contract value of £830 million (excluding VAT) or £996 million (including VAT). Selected suppliers will be eligible for call-offs through mini-competition and direct award mechanisms. A Framework Levy will be charged, calculated as a percentage of each call-off contract value (ranging from 5% to 0.35% depending on contract size). Interested suppliers should note that framework values are flexible across all categories and the levy structure is tiered by contract value as detailed in the tender documentation.
