Protecting Vulnerable People (PVP) Investigators - Support Team

We are seeking experienced professionals to support our Protecting Vulnerable People (PVP) team across multiple specialist functions. Required roles include: Supervisor Reviews (experienced practitioners with PIP2 supervisory background preferred); Victim Contact and VNA Management (candidates with policing or Criminal Justice System experience to communicate case progress and process information empathetically); File Building (professionals with police case-building expertise, knowledge of disclosure rules and CPS procedures); Statement Taking (individuals skilled in recording formal MG11 statements from victims and witnesses, ideally with remote interview experience); and Evidence Review (analysts with policing experience and PIP2 knowledge to assess complex data sets for evidential and disclosure value). We are also seeking a senior coordinator to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), supervise the team, manage work allocation according to DI priorities, and embed quality assurance processes to minimize additional burden on senior leadership. The ideal team will operate as a largely self-sufficient unit following established processes, reducing ad hoc resource demands.
