Train-the-Trainers Course Development and Delivery

Care and Support West, representing adult social care providers, seeks a qualified individual or organization to create and deliver a three-hour training session. This session will be designed for internal trainers and managers to facilitate training for their staff teams. The training will focus on cultural awareness and fostering positive relationships within the workforce, specifically for local adult social care providers with sponsorship licenses. The project will run from July 2025 to June 2026 as part of the BNSSG Sponsorship Recruitment Scheme, which is funded by the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire councils. This scheme supports care providers with sponsor licenses for international recruitment or those who have applied for a license.
