Measured Term Contract for Facilities Maintenance Services

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking suppliers for a Measured Term Contract to provide maintenance and repair services across multiple disciplines including mechanical, electrical, painting and decorating, building work, fire doors, and flooring. The contract will cover two hospital operating units: City & Weston Hospital and Southmead Hospital. This is a 60-month contract with optional extensions of up to two additional 12-month periods (maximum 84 months total). The procurement will be conducted through a Competitive Flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 and will be divided into separate lots by discipline. For the Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Work lots, the Trust is considering awarding to multiple suppliers with work allocation determined in advance according to the formal tender criteria. Interested suppliers should register on the SAP Business Network Discovery Portal and submit an Expression of Interest by email, including their ANID number. The Trust welcomes feedback on the proposed procurement approach and reserves the right to modify the structure, scope, and strategy before issuing the formal tender.
