Iron Duke Restoration - Phase 1 Works

The Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust is seeking contractors with experience in working on listed buildings and with charities to submit tenders for the Phase 1 enabling works at The Iron Duke, located on Jellicoe Road in Great Yarmouth. This project has a construction budget of £150,000, following the approval of funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF). The work is expected to commence by the end of July 2025. Interested contractors must demonstrate their ability to collaborate effectively with the client and design team, and be willing to use an open book accounting approach. All expressions of interest should be submitted via email to Ben Moore at ben@gcba.co.uk by Wednesday, June 25th. A prequalification questionnaire and a Pre-Construction Information pack will be provided, with responses required within ten working days.
