Cleaning Services Contract for Three Catholic Primary Schools

St Oscar Romero Catholic Academy Trust is seeking a cleaning services contractor to provide high-quality cleaning and maintenance across three primary schools: St Anthony's, St Thomas More, and St Joseph's Catholic Primary Schools. The successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining clean, well-organized classrooms, corridors, and school facilities to support effective teaching and learning. Key requirements include: delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning with robust quality assurance systems; maintaining daily communication with school business managers and operations staff; providing flexible scheduling that maximizes work completion; handling special requests and site-specific needs effectively; and supporting staff training and development. The Trust values quality, reliability, and partnership over lowest cost alone, and expects the contractor to be flexible with additional work during key school events. This is a three-year contract with an option for two one-year extensions. The financial structure will be based on fair pricing, performance delivery, and an open-book agreement that is transparent and easily auditable.
