Electric Minibus Procurement for Public Transport in Zarnesti

The contract involves the procurement of a new electric minibus for public transport in the city of Zarnesti, located in the Brașov Metropolitan Area. This initiative is part of a project aimed at renewing the fleet of vehicles used for public transport with environmentally friendly options. The minibus will be a solo (non-articulated) model equipped with facilities for individuals with reduced mobility. Additionally, the charging stations for the electric minibus and the related construction, installation, and connection works will be procured separately by the contracting authority. The delivery deadline for the minibus is a maximum of 4 months from the contract signing date. The estimated total value of the contract, excluding VAT, is 1,230,675.00 lei. Please note that the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information clearly and completely by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are made within the timeframe specified in Section I of the Data Sheet, which is 20 days before the offer submission deadline.
