Romania – Educational Materials – Phase 3 of the Project for Equipping Pre-University Educational Units in Zarnesti

This contract involves the procurement of educational materials as part of Phase 3 of the project aimed at equipping pre-university educational institutions in Zarnesti with furniture, teaching materials, and digital equipment. The procurement is divided into several lots, each with specific estimated values excluding VAT: Lot 1 – Educational Materials for Malaxa High School – Estimated Value: 131,325.58 lei; Lot 2 – Educational Materials for School No. 1 and School No. 2 – Estimated Value: 175,042.24 lei; Lot 3 – Educational Materials for School No. 3 – Estimated Value: 277,522.70 lei; Lot 4 – Educational Materials for Kindergartens – Estimated Value: 119,008.60 lei; Lot 5 – Educational Materials for Metianu High School – Estimated Value: 181,991.91 lei. The total estimated value excluding VAT is 884,891.03 lei. The products and their respective quantities are detailed in the specifications document. Note: The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are made within the timeframe specified in Section I of the Data Sheet, which is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
