Waste Collection Services in Bolesławiec

The contract involves providing waste collection and management services for the city of Bolesławiec from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. This includes establishing and operating selective waste collection points (both central and local), supplying properties with containers and/or bags for waste collection, and maintaining these containers in proper sanitary, orderly, and technical condition. Detailed descriptions of the contract and the contractor's responsibilities can be found in Annex A of the procurement documents, which includes: 1) Annex A1 – Description of the contract and requirements for its execution, 2) Annex A2 – List of properties, 3) Annex A3 – Schedule for the collection of mixed municipal waste (remaining after segregation) from the city of Bolesławiec, 4) Annex A4 – Schedule for the collection of segregated municipal waste from the city of Bolesławiec, 5) Annex A5 – List/location of containers for segregation, 6) Annex A6 – List of streets and squares in Bolesławiec, 7) Annex A7 – List of waste container enclosures, 8) Annex A8 – List of properties equipped by the City of Bolesławiec with containers for used batteries, 9) Annex A9 – List of pharmacies equipped with containers for expired medications in Bolesławiec, 10) Annex A10 – Containers for used clothing, 11) Annex A11 – Sticker. According to Article 6d, paragraph 4, point 5 of the Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the contractor is required to indicate in the offer the installation.
