Netherlands – Fresh Fish and Seafood Supply Contract

This contract involves the supply of fresh fish, shellfish, and seafood for the Restaurant Services of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands. The deliveries will be used in the dining facilities within the parliamentary building, including restaurants, coffee corners, meeting services, and event catering. It is a framework agreement with a single supplier for a duration of two years, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The total estimated value is €250,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of €350,000 excluding VAT over the entire contract duration. The supply of frozen products (unless otherwise agreed) and meat (fish) substitutes is not included in this contract.
