Construction and Installation Works for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems in Ivaniane, Bankya District

This contract opportunity involves the following key components: 1. Development of an investment project at the 'Technical Project' phase in accordance with Regulation No. 4 from May 21, 2001, regarding the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act, and related regulations; 2. Coordination of the project with all regulatory bodies, utility companies, and institutions as per legal requirements; 3. Implementation of author supervision according to the Spatial Development Act, technical solutions, modifications to the project, technological control, and assistance in commissioning the facility. 4. Construction works include: • Rainwater drainage systems, including inspection shafts and restoration of pavement: - Rainwater drainage branches with diameters from DN 315 to DN 1200, totaling 6,350 meters; 379 rainwater outlets; 80 street drains and 11 outlets into a modified river. • Domestic sewage systems, including inspection shafts and restoration of pavement: - Sewage columns with a diameter of DN 315 and a total length of 6,812 meters, with 381 domestic outlets and crossings under a river. • Combined sewage systems, including inspection shafts and restoration of pavement: - Sewage columns with diameters of DN 315 and DN 400, with a total length of 220 meters, 8 combined water outlets, and 1 single street drain; • Pumping station 'Ivaniane' – 1 unit, including all accompanying activities ensuring its operation; • Pressure line DN 160 PEND from the pumping station 'Ivaniane' with a length of 385 meters; • Reconstruction and completion of water supply systems: - Street water supply DN 125 PE 100, PN10, length 210 meters; - Street water supply DN 110 PE 100, PN10, length 700 meters; - Street water supply DN 90 PE 100, PN10, length 7,493 meters; - 389 water outlets; • Road works - Restoration of road surfaces outside trench excavations for sewer networks and facilities (asphalt surface); - Restoration of road surfaces outside trench excavations for sewer networks and facilities (cobblestone surface); - Sidewalk surfaces and curbs (outside trench excavations).
