The contract includes the supply of essential mobile equipment for composting separately collected garden and wood waste from partner municipalities in the Levski Region (Nikopol). Specifically, the required equipment includes: 1 telescopic loader, 1 screening sieve, and 1 shredder. The selected contractor must provide new and unused mobile equipment necessary for composting separately collected food, garden, and wood waste. This project is part of the BG16FFPR002-2.004 initiative, which aims to build, expand, and/or upgrade municipal/regional systems for the separate collection and recycling of biodegradable waste, funded by the Environment Program 2021-2027 and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The project will ensure the recycling of all garden and food bio-waste collected as part of the mixed household waste stream in the partner municipalities of the Levski Region (Nikopol) through municipal systems. Given the specific need for loading materials into the modernized composting facility, the purchase of a telescopic loader, sieve, and shredder is necessary for the partner municipalities of the Levski Region (Nikopol), with one unit of each required.
