Electricity Supply for Social Insurance Institution

The contract involves the supply of electricity for the operation of buildings and facilities of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). The total estimated volume of electricity to be supplied is 116,823,200 kWh (116,823.200 MWh). The contract is divided into three separate parts based on the territorial affiliation of each ZUS branch to the Distribution System Operator (OSD). 1. Part A: Supply of electricity with a planned consumption of 60,100,800 kWh (60,100.800 MWh) for ZUS branches in Białystok, Biłgoraj, Jasło, Kielce, Lublin, Łódź I, Łódź II, Olsztyn, Płock, Radom, Rzeszów, Siedlce, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Warsaw I, Warsaw II, Warsaw III, and the Central Office in Osuchów. 2. Part B: Supply of electricity with a planned consumption of 27,131,500 kWh (27,131.500 MWh) for ZUS branches in Bydgoszcz, Elbląg, Gdańsk, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Koszalin, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Piła, Poznań I, Poznań II, Słupsk, Szczecin, Toruń, and Zielona Góra. 3. Part C: Supply of electricity with a planned consumption of 29,590,900 kWh (29,590.900 MWh) for ZUS branches in Bielsko-Biała, Chorzów, Chrzanów, Częstochowa, Kraków, Legnica, Nowy Sącz, Opole, Rybnik, Sosnowiec, Tarnów, Wałbrzych, Wrocław, and Zabrze. Additionally, the contract includes the purchase of excess electricity generated from existing and planned photovoltaic installations, estimated at up to 1,000 MWh (1 GWh) annually. The buyer commits to purchasing at least 75% of the estimated electricity volume in each part of the contract.
