Supply of Various Food Products

This contract involves the ongoing supply of coffee, tea, honey, spices, sauces, and juices to the warehouses of the 33rd Military Economic Branch located in Nowa Dęba, Kielce, and Sandomierz. The contract is divided into four parts: 1) Part 1 - Ongoing supply of coffee and tea; 2) Part 2 - Ongoing supply of honey; 3) Part 3 - Ongoing supply of spices and sauces; 4) Part 4 - Ongoing supply of juices. Detailed descriptions of the required products are provided in the annex to the Terms of Reference, including minimum quality requirements. The quantities of each product are specified in the annexes to the Terms of Reference. All products must comply with national and EU food safety regulations, including HACCP standards. The contract will be effective from the date of signing until December 31, 2025, with delivery starting no earlier than January 1, 2026, and continuing until December 31, 2026, or until the maximum payment amount is reached. Suppliers must provide a bid security for each part of the contract. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement if funding is not secured. Communication will be conducted electronically via the procurement platform.
