Natural Gas Supply and Distribution for Military Unit 33 in Nowa Dęba

This contract involves the supply and distribution of high-methane natural gas for the needs of Military Unit 33 in Nowa Dęba, specifically to the following boiler houses: a) Nowa Dęba - boiler house building no. 512 b) Nowa Dęba - boiler house building no. 520 c) Nowa Dęba - boiler house building no. 767 d) Tarnobrzeg, ul. Turystyczna 12 e) Czyżów 2 gm. Stopnica. The contract is divided into 5 parts: • Part 1 – Comprehensive supply and distribution of high-methane natural gas for Military Unit 33 in building no. 512 at the military training ground in Nowa Dęba • Part 2 – Comprehensive supply and distribution of high-methane natural gas for Military Unit 33 in building no. 520 at the military training ground in Nowa Dęba • Part 3 – Comprehensive supply and distribution of high-methane natural gas for Military Unit 33 in building no. 767 at the military training ground in Nowa Dęba • Part 4 – Comprehensive supply and distribution of high-methane natural gas for Military Unit 33 to the property located at ul. Turystyczna 12 in Tarnobrzeg • Part 5 – Comprehensive supply and distribution of high-methane natural gas for Military Unit 33 to the property located at Czyżów 2 gm. Stopnica. Detailed descriptions of the contract for each part are provided in the attachments to the SWZ. The proposed contract terms for the public procurement are presented in the attachment to this SWZ – Important Contract Provisions – for each part into which the order is divided. The contracting authority, considering the nature of the subject of the order, does not foresee the inclusion of accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities in accordance with Article 100, paragraph 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 – Public Procurement Law. Contracts for all parts into which the order is divided will be concluded for a fixed term, from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2028. In this procurement procedure, communication between the contracting authority and contractors takes place electronically via the procurement platform available at the following address: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1060077. The button “Send a message to the contracting authority” is used to ask questions regarding the SWZ, respond to requests from the contracting authority, or submit appeals. The contractor will be bound by the submitted offer for a period of 90 days, until June 24, 2025. The offered price, based on which the most advantageous offer will be selected according to the established evaluation criteria, constitutes the total remuneration that the contractor may receive for the execution of the basic order.
