Waste Management Services Contract in Romania

This contract opportunity involves the sorting, treatment, crushing, and recovery of construction waste and non-hazardous household waste. Suppliers must be authorized operators and are required to sort, treat, and crush waste separately for each waste code. A valid environmental permit is necessary for the duration of the contract. The estimated value of the framework agreement for 12 months (March 2026 - February 2027) is 2,250,000 Lei plus VAT, based on a total of 9,000 tons over 12 months. Minimum and maximum quantities for subsequent contracts are specified, with a minimum of 300 tons per month and a maximum of 750 tons per month for the smallest contract in March 2026. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to these requests by the 11th day before the deadline.
