The General Directorate of Public Cleaning Sector 3 in Bucharest is seeking to procure mandatory civil liability car insurance (RCA) for its fleet of approximately 264 vehicles and machinery used in public cleaning services. This insurance is essential for ensuring the optimal operation of the fleet, which supports the performance of public cleaning activities in compliance with legal regulations. The authority intends to purchase a total of 264 RCA insurance policies valid for 12 months. The procurement will involve at least four subsequent contracts based on the specific periods and activities planned, as follows: - Contract 1 (March-April 2025): 199 RCA policies, estimated value – 1,428,665.94 Lei; - Contract 2 (May-July 2025): 11 RCA policies, estimated value – 47,628.24 Lei; - Contract 3 (July-August 2025): 18 RCA policies, estimated value – 150,065.94 Lei; - Contract 4 (November-December 2025): 36 RCA policies, estimated value – 173,394.10 Lei. The minimum value of the subsequent contracts will represent half of the maximum value. The contracting authority commits to purchasing at least half of the maximum number of policies. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely on the 11th day before the submission deadline, ensuring that economic operators have at least 10 days to prepare their offers based on the provided responses and additional information.
