Construction of a New Pavilion for the Hradec Králové Hospital

This public procurement contract involves the construction of a new standalone building for the Hradec Králové Hospital, specifically designed for the Infectious Diseases Clinic and the Dermatology Clinic. The project includes the relocation of utility networks, construction of ground, transport, and linear structures, as well as the supply of operational units and interior medical technology. The building will have eight floors, including one partially underground level and seven above-ground levels. The first two floors will accommodate outpatient services for both clinics, with designated areas for vaccination and specialized consultations. The remaining floors will be dedicated to inpatient services, including intensive care and general wards for both clinics. Key tasks include the preparation of project documentation, compliance with technical conditions, development of a construction schedule, and ensuring all necessary permits and waste disposal in accordance with regulations. The selected contractor will also provide warranty services as per the contract terms.
