Renovation and Expansion of Bad Köstritz School

The project involves the renovation and expansion of the "Hans Settegast" school located at Werner-Sylten-Straße 14, Bad Köstritz, Germany. The existing building, originally constructed in 1903 and converted into a school in 1966, has suffered damage from flooding in 2013, necessitating urgent renovations, particularly for fire safety and accessibility. The planned works include comprehensive renovations of the existing structure, covering electrical, heating, plumbing, flooring, painting, fire safety, and accessibility improvements. Additionally, a new three-story building will be constructed to enhance the school's capacity and implement an innovative educational concept. The project also involves the demolition of an old side building and various carpentry works, including the supply and installation of interior doors, fire protection glass doors, windows, and other related elements.
