Centralized Framework Agreement for Antiseptics and Disinfectants in Romania

This contract involves the supply of antiseptic and disinfectant products as specified in the requirements document. A centralized framework agreement will be established with economic operators whose bids rank in the top three based on the award criteria outlined in section II.2.5 of the procurement data sheet. Subsequent contracts will be signed by each user with the winning economic operator for the quantities requested. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the bid submission deadline, as per the fixed timeline established in OUG 107/2017.
