    Brief

    The procurement of a Wi-Fi network is essential for achieving the objectives of the project "Implementation of the Digital Health Concept by Improving the IT Systems and Software of the "Dr. Iacob Czihac" Military Emergency Hospital in Iași to Enhance the Quality of Medical Services and Interoperability." This project is funded under contract number 2109/166/1.3.3/13.03.2025. The procedure aims to improve the IT systems of the "Dr. Iacob Czihac" Military Emergency Hospital by acquiring a Wi-Fi network that will increase the speed of processing medical data, thereby enhancing medical services for patients (reducing diagnosis time). A specific objective is to create the necessary hardware infrastructure for utilizing wireless technology in the hospital's operations. The network will facilitate medical staff's access to medical information from the Hospital Information System (HIS) database on mobile medical devices, allowing for documentation of medical activities at the patient's bedside. According to Article 161, paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarifications up to 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Economic operators can request clarifications on the award documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
