Portable Computers for Healthcare

This contract involves the procurement of IT equipment necessary for achieving the objectives of the project "Implementing the Digital Health Concept by Improving the IT Systems and Software of the "Dr. Iacob Czihac" Emergency Military Hospital in Iași. The goal is to enhance the quality of medical services and interoperability. The equipment includes mobile communication devices suitable for medical work and portable medical devices with wireless capabilities for monitoring patients' vital signs. The contract covers both the supply of products and services for installation and commissioning of the purchased equipment, as well as training for the medical and technical staff of the beneficiary, which will be provided free of charge by the supplier without any additional costs. The procedure is divided into 7 lots according to the specifications. In accordance with Article 161 (1) of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarifications by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Economic operators can request clarifications on the award documentation until the 18th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
