Road Maintenance Services in Prague

This public procurement contract involves establishing a framework agreement with up to six participants who submit the best offers. If fewer offers are received or participants are disqualified due to not meeting qualifications or failing to cooperate before the agreement is finalized, the contract may proceed with a minimum of three participants. The framework agreement will allow for the awarding of specific public contracts through a competitive process among the participants, known as mini-tenders, as outlined in the framework agreement. The specific public contracts will primarily involve: a) routine maintenance of roadways and sidewalks, including repairs to asphalt surfaces, paved road coverings, drainage systems, and maintenance of traffic safety equipment (e.g., guardrails, railings), as well as technologies to extend the lifespan of road surfaces and joint treatments; b) continuous maintenance of roadways and sidewalks, focusing on work in continuous sections to preserve and restore the passive properties of the roads.
