Waste Collection and Management Services in Poland

This contract involves the collection and management of waste classified under code 19 12 04. The estimated quantity of waste to be collected and managed is 4,800 Mg over the duration of the contract. The waste will be collected from designated sites specified by the contractor and managed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and processes outlined in Annex 1 of the Waste Act. The contract includes the following tasks: - Task 1: Collection from Z/I Gotartów, Kluczbork municipality - total waste to be collected during the contract period is 2,400 Mg. - Task 2: Collection from Z/I Gotartów, Kluczbork municipality - total waste to be collected during the contract period is 2,400 Mg. Waste collection will take place at the Z/I site in Gotartów, Kluczbork municipality. Due to the unpredictable nature of waste quantities, the estimated amount specified may change. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce this quantity by up to 90% during the contract execution. Such a reduction will not give rise to any claims from the contractor against the contracting authority, particularly regarding payment for unfulfilled parts of the contract or compensation related to the decrease in estimated quantities. In this case, no annex is required. The contracting authority guarantees the contractor a minimum of 10% of the estimated waste quantities to be collected during the contract period.
