    Brief

    This contract involves the management of waste classified under code 16 01 03, specifically used tires (small tires up to Ø 1200 mm). The waste will be collected by the contracting authority from various locations across the country and stored at facilities managed by the authority. The used tires will primarily come from large-scale waste collection events and designated selective waste collection points. The contractor is responsible for the proper management of these tires in compliance with applicable laws. Deliveries of used tires will follow a weekly schedule, communicated via email, and will occur Monday to Friday during the contractor's operational hours. There is an option for Saturday deliveries upon prior agreement. The authority will provide the waste using specific vehicles and emphasizes that the quantities mentioned are estimates that may change. The contractor is guaranteed a minimum of 10% of the estimated waste quantities during the contract period. The contract is divided into five tasks based on different locations and their respective waste quantities.
