    Brief

This contract involves the ongoing supply of disposable items and the leasing of equipment for the Cardioanesthesiology Department over a period of 36 months. The specific items and quantities are detailed in the Price Form (Annex 2) and the equipment specifications are outlined in the Technical Requirements Document (Annex 6). The contractor will provide free storage of the goods at the buyer's location, referred to as 'the commission'. The contractor is obligated to deliver goods to the buyer as needed and transfer ownership of the goods upon collection. The buyer guarantees a minimum order value of 90% of the maximum contract value. Quality requirements for the goods are specified in Annexes 2 and 6. Additionally, due to new regulations, there are restrictions on suppliers and medical products from the People's Republic of China. The contractor must comply with these regulations, including limits on subcontracting and ensuring that no more than 50% of the total contract value comes from third countries affected by these restrictions. The buyer reserves the right to not order certain items if there is no demand, and the contractor agrees to this condition. The procurement process may involve a qualification procedure based on the evaluation of offers.
