Procurement of Light Trucks for Transport Services

The West Uusimaa Welfare Area (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) is requesting bids for the procurement of light trucks. The estimated value of the procurement, including possible additional purchases, is 500,000 euros (excluding VAT). One supplier and one alternate supplier will be selected based on the competition. The contract will come into effect from the date of signing and will remain in force indefinitely. Orders for light trucks will only be fulfilled if the budgeted funds for the procurement of light trucks in the West Uusimaa Welfare Area are sufficient each year. The first ordered, ready-to-use light truck must be delivered to the Buyer, fully operational, registered, and invoiced by December 1, 2026. The supplier will register the light truck. Deliveries in 2027 cannot be accepted. A more detailed description of the procurement is provided in Annex 1 of the request for proposals.
