Learning Platform Procurement

The West Uusimaa Welfare Area (referred to as the Buyer) is requesting bids for the procurement of a learning platform. The West Uusimaa Welfare Area is seeking a digital, user-friendly, browser- and device-independent learning platform to be used by its staff and for the production of its own training content. Through this procurement process, one service provider and one backup service provider will be selected. The estimated value of the procurement for a calculated four-year period is 450,000 euros (excluding VAT). This procurement represents a new service solution for the West Uusimaa Welfare Area. The contract will be established for an indefinite period.
