    Brief

    This public procurement contract involves construction work that includes the relocation of networks, the construction of ground, transport, and linear structures, as well as the supply of operational units and built-in interior equipment and medical technology. The building is designed as a standalone new construction without connections to surrounding existing structures, but linked to the operations within the client's premises and with direct access from outside the premises. On the northern side, it connects to external communication and parking, while on the other sides, it connects to the internal communication of the client. It is an eight-story building with one partially submerged basement and seven above-ground floors. The building will serve outpatient and inpatient operations for the clinic of infectious diseases and the dermatology clinic. The operations are logically divided by floors so that one outpatient floor is for the Kin clinic, vaccination center, and special consultations, the second outpatient floor is for the dermatology clinic (therapeutic consultations, children's consultations, general consultations, STI consultations, and procedure room), three inpatient floors are for Kin (ICU + IMP, inpatient unit for children and adults), one inpatient floor is for the dermatology department, and the last floor is for the facilities of both clinics. The public procurement contract primarily includes: a) the construction of a standalone new building without connections to surrounding existing structures, linked to the operations within the client's premises and with direct access from outside, the relocation of networks, the construction of ground, transport, and linear structures, including the supply of operational units and interior equipment and medical technology; b) the preparation of supplier project documentation (manufacturing and workshop documentation, technological procedures for assembly work, etc.); c) the preparation of the POV according to the technical conditions of the construction contractor, under the conditions of adhering to the non-exceedable limits defined in the procurement documentation; d) the preparation of a time and financial schedule for construction divided by construction objects and operational units, which will be further divided into sections HSV (main construction production), PSV (associated construction production), M (assembly of technological equipment), and possibly Others (in connection with Appendix No. 3 – List of required works, supplies, and services), which are crucial for the timing of implementation; e) the preparation of documentation of the actual construction; f) the preparation of a digital model of the building for building management and maintenance (DIMS); g) ensuring geodetic and geometric measurement of the actual state of the building; h) building and communication passporting; i) disposal of all waste produced by the construction in accordance with applicable regulations, including their documentation and evidence of disposal and in accordance with the contract proposal; providing warranty service under the conditions according to the contract proposal. The public procurement contract also includes ensuring all occupancy decisions and providing cooperation from the selected contractor for the issuance of occupancy decisions.
