Construction of a New School in Fondeyre, Toulouse

The City of Toulouse is seeking contractors for the construction of a new school group in the Fondeyre area, which will accommodate 22 classes (9 preschool and 13 elementary). This project is part of urban development and will be located in a new residential neighborhood near a future metro station. The school must meet high environmental performance standards, achieving energy-positive building status or E4 certification under the E+C- labeling, with E3 certification without photovoltaic production. The design will include 'oasis' courtyards to combat urban heat islands, enhance greenery, and manage rainwater effectively. The project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027, with the school opening in September 2027. Each construction lot will be awarded separately, funded by the City of Toulouse, with a 3% retention guarantee and advance payment conditions as per the contract specifications. Payments will be made at fixed prices, subject to monthly revisions.
