Construction of Adrienne Bolland School Complex

This procurement opportunity involves multiple construction lots (1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) for the new Adrienne Bolland school complex. Each lot will be awarded separately, and the services will be compensated at fixed prices. The project includes the construction of three new buildings on a well-treed site adjacent to the Borde Bio farm in the Izards neighborhood. The buildings consist of: - A three-story northern building with a cafeteria on the ground floor and elementary classrooms on the first and second floors. - A one-story southern building for preschoolers on the ground and first floors. - A central one-story building for reception functions on the ground floor and teaching staff offices on the first floor. Additionally, the project includes the renovation of an old market gardener's house on the ground floor to create bicycle storage and a multipurpose room open to the neighborhood.
