Czech Republic – Youth Education – Polytechbus – iDZ Prague

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to select suppliers and conclude a framework agreement with up to three suppliers whose offers meet all the requirements described in the procurement documentation and rank in the top three according to the evaluation of offers, the binding template of which forms this procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "binding template of the framework agreement" or "framework agreement"). The subject of the public contract is the provision of specialized services – implementation of the prescribed program of polytechnic education for students of kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools in the territory of the capital city of Prague, in the form of a so-called Polytechbus. The Polytechbus represents a team of individuals/masters with a physically existing bus/truck/van equipped with protective equipment, tools, instruments, and materials necessary for the implementation of the polytechnic program for students directly in the environment of individual primary and kindergarten schools in Prague, a tent/other facilities protecting against rain with a minimum area of 15 m2, which can be prepared within 15 minutes, in a total of 2 pieces and a work table with a work surface of at least 5 m2, or several smaller tables with a total work surface of 5 m2. The program consists of up to 249 individual events lasting a minimum of 4 teaching hours for students of kindergartens, primary, and secondary schools throughout the capital city of Prague. At one event, the expected participation is at least 1 class from the respective kindergarten/primary school, with a minimum number of participants per event being 10 students. Within the program, at least 12 different fields are presented, including mandatory fields such as electrical engineering, robotics, and plumbing; other fields are at the discretion of the supplier.
