Software and IT Systems Supply and Implementation

This contract involves the delivery and implementation of an Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution to monitor the performance of applications in the client's environment and the end-user experience. It includes 60 months of technical support and an option for expert hours. Key tasks include preparing a detailed project plan, supplying software and licenses for APM, system implementation and integration, conducting workshops for client administrators, delivering post-implementation documentation, and providing ongoing technical support. The contract also allows for up to 600 expert hours as an optional service. All requirements are mandatory, and failure to meet them will result in the rejection of the offer.
