Technical Support Services for Oracle Software

This contract involves the procurement of technical support services for Oracle software until October 31, 2028, along with licenses for a period of 36 months. The contract is divided into a primary order and an optional order: 1. Primary Order: The contractor will provide technical support for the software owned by the contracting authority, as detailed in Table 1 of the Terms of Reference (ToR). 2. Primary Order: Delivery of the software specified in Table 2 of the ToR, including technical support for 36 months from the delivery date. 3. Option Right: The contractor will provide the option for the contracting authority to purchase software listed in Table 3 of the ToR, under the conditions described in § 7 of the contract and the ToR. 4. The subject of the contract is detailed in Chapter II of the ToR. 5. The contracting authority will evaluate offers in reverse order, first assessing the offers and then qualifying the contractor whose offer is rated highest. 6. The contracting authority is the data controller under the EU Regulation 2016/679 on personal data protection. 7. Offers must be submitted electronically via the eZamówienia platform. 8. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement if public funds are not allocated. 9. The contract must be executed within specified deadlines, including continuity of support and delivery timelines. 10. If an equivalent solution is offered, the contractor must provide evidence to confirm compliance with equivalency criteria. Failure to provide complete evidence may result in a request for additional information.
