Supply of Spare Parts for Alcohol Analyzers in Romania

The contracting authority intends to establish framework agreements for the supply of spare parts for alcohol analyzers. Currently, there is an existing framework agreement for spare parts for alcohol analyzers measuring exhaled air, which is valid until October 19, 2025. In this context, the contracting authority plans to establish framework agreements for all three lots. The framework agreements will be valid for 15 months and will come into effect after being signed by both parties, but not earlier than October 20, 2025. Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening the competition among the economic operators who signed the framework agreement. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, for clarifications requested within the specified timeframe in section I.3 Communication of the data sheet. The values in lei excluding VAT for the largest subsequent contracts are: - Lot 1: 8,242.53 lei excluding VAT; - Lot 2: 112,936.80 lei excluding VAT; - Lot 3: 49,036.89 lei excluding VAT; The frequency of subsequent contracts to be awarded is one contract every 3 months.
