Vehicle Parts and Accessories Supply Framework Agreement

The contracting authority intends to establish framework agreements with bidders whose offers will be deemed acceptable after applying the award criteria. These agreements will be valid for 24 months from the signing by the last party. Subsequent contracts for the supply of spare parts will be awarded through a competitive process among the economic operators who are signatories to the framework agreements. The competition will focus on the price of the requested original spare parts, which will be determined based on discounts applied to the prices set by the contractor. Currently, there is an active framework agreement for the supply of spare parts, which is valid until July 30, 2023. The documentation does not specify individual spare parts but refers to general original spare parts that belong to a specific automotive group for each lot. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreements are as follows: - Lot 1: minimum 1,000 pcs. - maximum 25,000 pcs. - Lot 2: minimum 300 pcs. - maximum 15,000 pcs. - Lot 3: minimum 50 pcs. - maximum 10,000 pcs. - Lot 4: minimum 50 pcs. - maximum 5,000 pcs. - Lot 5: minimum 50 pcs. - maximum 5,000 pcs. - Lot 6: minimum 50 pcs. - maximum 5,000 pcs. Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, for the clarifications requested within the specified timeframe in Section I.3 Communication of the data sheet.
