Comprehensive Organization of Participation in SIAL PARIS 2026

This contract involves the comprehensive organization of participation for companies from the Łódź Voivodeship as exhibitors at the SIAL PARIS 2026 food industry trade fair in Paris, France, scheduled for October 17-21, 2026. Key tasks include: 1. Organizing a preparatory meeting for participation in SIAL PARIS 2026. 2. Arranging participation in the trade fair, including: 2.1. Purchasing exhibition space. 2.2. Designing and constructing the exhibition stand according to guidelines, including: 2.2.1. Providing stand equipment with assembly and disassembly. 2.2.2. Ensuring technical support for the stand. 2.2.3. Providing insurance for the stand and its equipment. 3. Insuring event participants. 4. Comprehensive stand management. 5. Translation services. 6. Providing assistant services for the stand. 7. Coordinating event management. 8. Transporting/shipping materials or products. 9. Accommodation services. 10. Transporting individuals. 11. Ensuring access to the trade fair. 12. Additional contractor responsibilities. 13. Transferring copyright ownership of the contract subject.
