Comprehensive Organization of International Study Visits

This contract involves the comprehensive organization of international study visits for stakeholders in the Entrepreneurial Discovery Process (PPO), specifically for 25 participants per visit. The locations include Lisbon, Coimbra, and Evora in Portugal, and Limburg and Amsterdam in the Netherlands, each visit lasting 6 days with 5 nights of accommodation. Key responsibilities include: preparing the study visit program, organizing meetings, hosting a Business Mixer, providing transportation, coordinating the visit, offering translation services, arranging accommodation and meals, ensuring travel insurance, and performing other necessary tasks for effective visit organization. Detailed specifications are outlined in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), which is Annex 1 to the SWZ and also Annex 1 to the draft contract. The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027.
