Construction of a New Kindergarten in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

This project involves the construction of a new four-group kindergarten (Kita) to replace the St. Pius kindergarten, which was destroyed during the Ahr flood in 2021. The new building will be a two-story structure built with solid materials, covering an area of approximately 3,220 m², with a net usable space of around 1,330 m². It will accommodate between 75 to 95 children and will be designed to withstand flooding, as it is located in a flood-prone area. The project will include district heating and photovoltaic systems, as well as a central ventilation system. The procurement under Lot 9 involves the following insulation and facade work: - 39 m² of 160 mm perimeter insulation for the brick facade - 114 m² of 140 mm perimeter insulation for the plaster facade with paint - 838 m² of mineral wool insulation with plaster and paint - 314 m² of mineral wool insulation with brick facade - 38 m² of mineral wool insulation for ceiling insulation with paint - 25 m² of plaster facade with paint - 126 m² of ceiling plaster with paint.
