Romania – Sweet Biscuits Supply Framework Agreement

This contract involves the provision of dry biscuits to preschoolers in state and accredited private kindergartens, as well as to primary and secondary school students in Timis County, as part of the 'Romania School Program' for the period 2023-2029. Each eligible child will receive 5 portions of dry biscuits per week, with a maximum daily value of 0.65 lei (including VAT). The unit price for the maximum value of a portion of dry biscuits is 0.59 lei (excluding VAT). There will be a framework agreement for each of the five distribution zones in Timis County, lasting four school years (2023-2024 to 2026-2027), under which subsequent contracts will be awarded annually after the budget approval by the government. Suppliers can submit offers for all lots, with a maximum of 5 lots awarded to a single supplier and a maximum of 3 suppliers for the framework agreement. Contracts will be awarded through a competitive process, inviting suppliers to submit new offers. The five distribution zones are: Lot I - Zone I - Timișoara, Lot II - Zone II - Lugoj-Margina, Lot III - Zone III - Voiteg-Deta, Lot IV - Zone IV - Buziaș-Pișchia, Lot V - Zone V - Jimbolia-Sânnicolau Mare. Interested suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation, with a deadline of 22 days before the offer submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests within 12 days before the submission deadline, provided the requests are made within the specified timeframe.
