Office Equipment Supply Contract

This contract involves the supply of brand new office equipment for public administration units in Poland, divided into three parts: 1) Part 1 – Printers 2) Part 2 – Scanners and label printers 3) Part 3 – Multifunction devices. All offered devices must be new, free from defects, and come with user manuals in Polish. The contract also requires the provision of necessary consumables for immediate operation. The estimated number of devices is provided for pricing purposes, and the framework agreement will allow units to purchase any listed equipment during its validity. The procurement process will be conducted through a designated purchasing platform, requiring electronic signatures for participation.
