Market Research Services for Postal Delivery Times

This contract involves conducting two annual studies on the delivery times of unregistered postal shipments in Poland. The studies will be carried out by a designated operator in accordance with the guidelines for postal delivery time research. The first study is scheduled to take place from January 2026 to December 2026, with a report due by March 31, 2027. The contractor will also provide quarterly updates on delivery time indicators for both economic and priority shipments. The second study will occur from January 2027 to December 2027, with a report due by March 31, 2028, and similar quarterly updates will be provided. Each study will require the preparation of a research design, test shipments, a research panel of at least 150 trained participants, and adherence to specific guidelines for conducting the research.
