Supply of Mobile Measurement Stations on Vans

The contract involves the delivery of 7 Mobile Measurement Stations (RSP) mounted on van-type vehicles. These stations will be used to measure radio emission parameters, locate disturbances, monitor the electromagnetic spectrum, and carry out other statutory activities of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE). Additionally, the contracting authority may extend the order to include one more Mobile Measurement Station, depending on available funding and the unit price specified in the bid form. This optional order does not obligate the contracting authority to fulfill it, nor does it provide grounds for the contractor to claim damages for non-fulfillment. A detailed description of the order is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Bid Form. The delivery location is the Infrastructure Center of the contracting authority in Borucza, Strachówka municipality, Wołomin County. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if the public funds intended for the contract are not granted.
