Software Implementation Tool for Monitoring SAP Authorizations

The NBank is seeking to implement a tool for monitoring SAP authorizations and to conduct a redesign project for SAP authorizations using this tool and its manufacturer. The procurement of the tool will be through a contractor based in Germany. The contractor will be responsible for the planned implementation of the software and will provide maintenance services for updates and issues after the software is handed over to NBank. This project aims to fundamentally revise the SAP authorization concept of NBank to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements according to MaRisk and the guidelines of BaFin. The redesign will create a future-proof SAP authorization concept that is audit-compliant and meets the principles of supervisory authorities. The new SAP authorization concept will be implemented across all SAP modules. The scope of this tender includes the design and execution of an SAP authorization redesign project, including the provision of a suitable tool and related services. The project will be awarded as a full-service contract, covering all phases from analysis to productive implementation by the contractor. The software will be operated by NBank, and the use of the software, including maintenance (support and updates), is planned for a period of 4 years. Support from the service provider will be required during the implementation phase. The project phase for the software implementation begins on November 1, 2025, and must be completed with the handover to the contractor by September 30, 2026, at the latest. The software will be used for a period of 4 years, starting from the project phase. The contract duration begins on November 1, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2029. The implementation phase will also start on November 1, 2025, and must be completed as soon as possible, but no later than September 30, 2026. NBank estimates approximately 100 person-days for implementation, maintenance, and support. Services will be provided at NBank during regular business hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
