The Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc in Brussels, Belgium, are seeking suppliers for the provision, installation, and maintenance of a high-energy YAG laser for their Urology department. This modern laser is essential for advancing endourology practices, particularly for laser enucleation of prostate adenomas and for optimizing treatment of large urinary stones through percutaneous and ureterorenoscopic methods. The contract includes the supply and installation of a Holmium or Thulium YAG High Power laser, which must offer top-tier performance and pulse modulation technology for safe and efficient enucleation and optimal stone fragmentation and vaporization. The contract also covers the following responsibilities for the awarded supplier: delivery and installation of the urology laser, enucleation equipment with morcellator, consumables and accessories, training for staff (users and biomedical team), warranty for supplies and services, preventive maintenance, and provision of required documentation. The contract is set for an initial duration of eight years, with the possibility of two one-year extensions, totaling a maximum of ten years. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for the urology laser and its fibers, and Lot 2 for the enucleation equipment with morcellator.
