Medical Equipment Acquisition and Maintenance for Radiology Department

The University Clinics Saint Luc are seeking suppliers for the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of CT injectors and associated consumables for their radiology department. This contract involves replacing all mobile contrast injectors that are compatible and synchronized with Siemens and Philips machines. The injectors must be user-friendly, portable, and easy to move between rooms. Suppliers must provide all necessary consumables and reliable after-sales service. The equipment must meet safety standards and ensure precise and secure administration of contrast agents. The scope of this contract includes: 1. Supply, delivery, and installation of injectors; 2. Consumables, accessories, and instruments; 3. Warranty for supplies and services; 4. Maintenance; 5. Staff training; 6. Provision of required documentation. Detailed requirements for these supplies and related services are outlined in section V of the special specifications document. The contract will be awarded through an open procedure in compliance with Belgian and European publicity rules. The contract duration is four (4) years, with the possibility of six (6) one-year extensions, totaling a maximum of ten (10) years. The contract will commence the day after it is awarded.
