Food Delivery Services Procurement

Sastamalan Ruoka- ja Puhtauspalvelut Oy Servi is seeking bids for transportation services for the contract period from March 2, 2026, to February 28, 2029. After this fixed contract period, the procurement may continue with an indefinite option period. As this is a public procurement, the procurement will be re-tendered at least every 4-5 years. The procurement includes Servi's transportation services as described in this request for proposals in the Sastamala and Punkalaidun areas. The deliveries primarily consist of regular hot or cold meal deliveries from the client's sending kitchens (3 in total) to receiving kitchens, client service points, or clients' homes. In addition to meals and food products, other items may also be transported in the same delivery, such as internal mail, small tools, paper products, cleaning textiles, or work clothing. Besides meal deliveries, a small number of other goods deliveries, such as small equipment transport, are included based on the client's needs. The request for proposals outlines the client's current transportation needs. The sending and receiving locations and their quantities may change due to the client's processes or changes in client locations. The drop-off quantities presented in this request for proposals are non-binding estimates, and the client does not commit to any specific drop-off quantities during the contract period.
