Microsoft 365 Licenses and Related Services

The City of Tornio, along with its subsidiaries, is seeking suppliers for Microsoft 365 licenses through a competitive bidding process that exceeds the EU threshold. The licenses will be procured according to Microsoft's purchasing model and order duration, with flexibility to use the New Customer Experience (NCE) model as needed. The contract will last for three (3) years and will continue indefinitely under the JIT2025 terms and Microsoft licensing conditions. The notice period for termination during the indefinite period is three (3) months. The procurement unit justifies the indefinite contract due to the annual pricing changes for Microsoft licenses. This ongoing contract includes a mutual three-month notice period, allowing the procurement unit to re-tender for the distributor as necessary. The procurement involves goods and related services.
