Supply of New Spare Parts for DZ 80 Locomotives in Underground Coal Mines

This public procurement contract involves the supply of brand new spare parts for DZ 80 diesel-powered suspended locomotives used in underground coal mining operations, specifically in areas at risk of methane and coal dust explosions. The contracting authority reserves the right to choose specific spare parts to be ordered under the agreement with the contractor. Estimated quantities of spare parts are provided based on projected purchasing needs (see Annex 4 of the SWZ - Basic Price List). For other items, a quantity of '1 piece' will be indicated (see Annex 4 of the SWZ - Additional Price List). These quantities are solely for the purpose of evaluating individual offers. The actual quantity of parts, components, and materials delivered under the future agreement with the selected contractor will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority. The total net value of the ordered spare parts, components, and materials cannot exceed the maximum net value of the contract for its entire duration and must not be less than 30% of the maximum net value of the contract. The maximum net value of the contract is equal to the net value of the offer based on the basic price list. The contract will be established for a fixed term of 24 months from the date of signing. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Part III of the SWZ. This procurement is classified as a sectoral contract under Article 7, point 35) of the Public Procurement Law.
