The selected contractor will be responsible for several key tasks, including: - Preparing and updating the necessary accreditation documents with relevant authorities, including a comprehensive establishment project that outlines the center's operational and educational commitments. This includes ensuring children's health, safety, development, and parent engagement through various activities. - Managing user relations and providing information about the center's operations. - Handling billing, collections, and managing unpaid fees. - Developing internal regulations for the center. - Participating in the allocation of spaces and admissions for registered users. - Organizing and planning activities for users while adhering to legal standards. - Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. - Recruiting, managing, training, and compensating staff according to legal standards, ensuring quality supervision. - Providing meals, snacks, and necessary supplies such as diapers and care products. - Acquiring and renewing furniture and educational materials in line with the educational project. - Conducting regular maintenance and upkeep of facilities and gardens. - Managing the financial aspects of the center, including budgeting and financial reporting. - Engaging with funding bodies such as the Family Allowance Fund (CAF) and other relevant organizations. - Regularly reporting activities to the public authority.
